PJ Personnel currently seek an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator for a leading offsite construction company in Galway
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of managing projects delivery from award to client handover.
- Overall responsibility for all site activities such Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety which includes all related assurance, warranty and certification schemes such as SCI and BOPAS
- Responsible for managing, induction of onsite sub-contractors.
- Responsible for ensuring company satisfies all statutory requirements; i.e. Insurance, EHS etc. on-site activities.
- Responsibility for all lifting plant and equipment to complete the works.
Key competencies/Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience on structural/civil engineering projects
- Construction Management Qualification (SMSTS)
- Ability to produce, implement and manage overall project delivery plan including safe systems of work for construction procedures.
- Setting out and site experience essential.
- Strong assertive management skills and ability to make decisions when necessary
- Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
