PJ Personnel are currently working alongside our client who are a well-established, dynamic, and modern contracting company based in the West of Ireland who have a large pipeline of upcoming work. They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team full time to work on a project based in Athlone, County Westmeath.
Requirements:

5+ Years experience working as a Site Manager on an Irish or UK construction site.

Experience working on a pharmaceutical site an advantage but not essential
-
Strong communication skills.
-
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
-
Degree Qualified or ability to demonstrate a full working knowledge of current site management practices with the necessary experience to demonstrate this.

Full knowledge of Microsoft Office
-
Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-
To be the company representative to liaise and pro-actively work with the Main Contractor’s project team.

Managing and implementing safe systems of working.
-
Management of the installation and in-situ concrete gangs working on the project.

Attending site meetings with Main Contractor

Scheduling material deliveries in-line with work programmes.

Maintaining daily site records, labour, plant, quality, etc.

Assisting the Contracts Manager and Project QS with other duties that may vary over time.
