PJ Personnel are delighted to have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our client, a leading construction contractor, delivering a large-scale fit-out project. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team you will coordinate feasibility studies, design, planning, procurement and undertake construction stage site management in Bettystown, Co. Meath

Responsibilities:

  • Representing Employer’s throughout the full life cycle of projects.
  • Assisting with feasibility studies, option appraisals, cost plans and business cases.
  • Working with other design team members in an integrated design team approach.
  • Procurement including preparation of contract documents, drawings and specifications.
  • Construction stage project management, monitoring progress against programme, assessing costs for works completed and ensuring quality.
  • Working to meet Health and Safety and overall project quality objectives.

The Individual:

The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a desire to progress in the field of project management.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in relevant discipline
  • 2/3 year’s relevant industry experience
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MS Office Proficient
  • A full driving licence
  • BIM proficient is desirable
