We have a fantastic contract opportunity for a candidate to join a busy and friendly team in an Administration/PA position. You will be reporting into the Department Manager and working to support with all administration and secretarial duties at Director level.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Attending and contributing to departmental and organisation meetings
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are communicated in consistent way to stakeholders
  • Attend external meetings
  • Handling a large volume of correspondence
  • Data Entry
  • General Administration
  • Assist in the development and updating of their systems
  • Working on projects from time to time

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative and maintain output & productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office Suite
