We have a fantastic contract opportunity for a candidate to join a busy and friendly team in an Administration/PA position. You will be reporting into the Department Manager and working to support with all administration and secretarial duties at Director level.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attending and contributing to departmental and organisation meetings
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are communicated in consistent way to stakeholders
- Attend external meetings
- Handling a large volume of correspondence
- Data Entry
- General Administration
- Assist in the development and updating of their systems
- Working on projects from time to time
Requirements:
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to use initiative and maintain output & productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS office Suite
